Everything was a smooth process from check-in to the full eye exam; everything was explained during the exam with all questions answered.

I had an excellent experience at my most recent visit to Macy’s/Lens Crafters! Dr. Patel took the time to explain each step of my eye exam process! The staff were also quite helpful as they processed my eyeglass/lens order! Keep up the great work!

Dr. Patel was wonderful! He provided the most thorough and expletive eye exam I’ve probably ever had. The sales associate was also incredibly helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with for my purchase.
