Fast, friendly, clean, orderly and professional. The quickest and most thorough exam ever! I loved actually seeing pics of my retinas. Treated me with respect and as a knowledgeable adult. I WILL BE REFERRING MORE FRIENDS TO YOU!

My appointment was in April. I had inadvertently put this review in a folder. In all honesty I am very disappointed with Lenscrafters. I am not comfortable with my glasses. I have to raise my head to see clearly. I never had that happen before. Second, the gentleman who fitted me with the frames brought out frames that were much more than I expected and seemed put off that I didn't want to spend so much. I took the 2nd pair just to get out of there. I won't be back.

Good but could have been better. A lot of waiting around as the two doctors worked on getting their computers working: re-booting server, etc. More time waiting than actually being seen. In addition, probably won't go back as the person who helped me pick out glasses/lenses added a service plan without discussing/asking me. When I noticed the charge, after paying, I was told I had it in the past and could remove it. Would have been nice, and legal, to have been informed ahead of time. Will have it removed.
