Always such an awesome experience at my Lenscrafters’s in Shelby. Dr Carolyn is welcoming, professional and fun! Joe is hilarious and the rest of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Tried other places in the past but will not go anywhere else in the future!

Everyone was so nice from start to finish. Joe was so great and knowledgeable during our testing. He was great at explaining everything and so good with my son. Dr. Yates was fantastic. We loved it all. Glad we chose this facility.

Everyone was so welcoming when we walked in! My husband and I had amazing exams by Dr. Yates and Shaquana. The amazing staff in the front were so helpful in finding my glasses. Liz was awesome in finding that perfect pair for myself! 10/10 would recommend and come back!
