The eye exam tech was friendly and calming. Can't recall his name. Dr. Tanvi Patel is amazing. She gets my prescription right. She's so friendly and explains things in an informative manner. She is very personable. Vicki the consultant and frame fitter is very patient, friendly, and helpful. The lenses were put in my new frames the same day. I love LensCrafters at Southdale! I Wish they were in my insurance network though through Cigna VSP for frames and Lenses. Only the exam was. Maybe next year. Other places I have been to for glasses have left me feeling nauseous and I had to return my glasses 3 different times because I couldn't adjust to them. Dr. Patel is the only Dr. who made me a prescription for glasses that allow me to see clear without being nauseous for a week. She's the best!

This visit was better than my last couple of visits I have had. I really liked the optometrist. I could tell she had experience and I trusted her right away. The sales people were not as intrusive as they usually are, but I still felt like I was at a used car dealership the way they push the lens treatments and higher prices frames.
