I didn't catch the receptionist name who greeted me when I first came in however she was very pleasant. The technician who prepped my eyes prior to seeing the doctor was phenomenal as well. The doctor on duty was easy to talk to about my eyesight and gave me great advice on what will be the ideal lenses to help me with better vision outside of getting bifocals. To wrap up my visit, Regina was absolutely amazing. The knowledge that she has is very reassuring to the patients that comes in to choose eye glasses. She was helpful throughout the entire experience and exhibited patience when I was confused about what lenses were best for me. We went through so many pairs of glasses and her attentiveness and patience did not waiver. She showcased the same energy throughout the entire interaction.

The staff at the LensCrafters at 12 mile and Telegraph were prompt and receive me at my appointment time. They were also courteous and very professional, and when it came time to get my glasses, I was not rushed, and they waited on me as long as it took to get the right fit. I was very satisfied!
