The store manager was wonderful! She moved quickly to greet and assist customers and to help other employees. She was cheerful and knowledgeable and always very positive. The woman who did our first set of exams was a new employee, but she was good about sanitizing the equipment and explained each test as she went through them. She was careful and conscientious. Dr. Steck is always a pleasure to work with. He’s thorough and we always trust him to care for our vision. We like the new facilities in the Mayfair Collection.

The staff and doctor were friendly. Conversation felt natural and never forced. Very helpful and informative of my eye care options. They helped with insurance benefits and explaining coverage as well. Clean office and showroom with a lot of options for frames and contacts.

Although I was there for two hours, it was busy and I greatly enjoyed my time there. The two women that helped me during and after my appointment where very nice and Dr. Steck was excellent! I felt very comfortable with him and like my needs were given top priority by him. I realized I had never previously been properly taught some basic health information about my eyes and how to deal with my dry eye as well as how to select the correct contact lenses for me. I’m happy I got to leave satisfied and in a great mood. I will be returning for future appointments in hopes that I will receive the same care!
