I had a good time with Dr. Parks. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain how my prescription changed in a way that was easy to understand. I enjoyed help from Kat on picking out frames. She was welcoming and made me feel good about my new frames. Also, I had a good time talking with the assistant before seeing Dr. Parks!

What a pleasant experience for both my husband and myself. Everyone was superb from the moment we entered. First a kind and honest lady helped me pick out my new pair of glasses. After that I had prep work before the exam. The gentleman was helpful and explained thoroughly each test. Next my exam. Wow. What a thorough and professional job. I felt wonderful leaving that place. Obviously very short staffed and lots of customers. The 3 guys working were still very welcoming to everyone who walked in the door. Tom was patient and answered all of our questions while answering the phone and greeting newcomers. Doc was fun, quick, and informative- best I've had in a long time. Even when entitled ladies got impatient and rude, they kept their cool. Thanks for being good humans! Will definitely return
