Our eye exams were positive experiences for both my kids and me. Dr. Leah Gibson was great! She is very down to earth yet professional and made us feel comfortable. All the staff was friendly. My daughter was able to go home with her new glasses that day and my other daughter went home with a trial pair of contact lenses. Not having to come back for those separate appointments was great being from out of town!.

My eye exam was nice and I liked the Dr but my out of pocket cost was too high considering I have insurance. I paid a lot more than I had anticipated. I may not be able to continue next year with LensCrafters.

I had a great experience with everyone I was involved with. I didn’t have to wait I was immediately given an eye exam and when I was put in the room the dr was prompt at coming in! She was willing to answer all my questions and took time with me! Then when I chose my new pair of glasses Jodi was very patient with me as I didn’t know what I wanted! She helped me out by telling me which frame looked good on my face and even let me FaceTime my hubby and sister to see what their choice would be. She let me take all the time I wanted! She was even willing to send them to me as I will be out of town when they come in so she is going to send them to me where I’m going! So very happy with the service!! Jodi Troyer
