My exam was done remotely in the shop, and Natalie, the tech, was excellent and professional. As was the Doctor. I feel the exam was comparable to having an on-site exam and happy with the care I received.

Very pleased once again with Doctor Atkins and the whole Lens Crafter experience. I had a great experience years ago so saw no reason to go anywhere else and glad I didnt. My prescription seems dead on and pickup was in the time frame specified - as a final big plus there were sales and a AAA discount which was a big help to me on disability. Five stars to Dr. Atkins and the Lens Crafter staff.

It was an appointment for my granddaughter Caliyah, & the technicians were very pleasant & patient with her. I think they made her feel super comfortable with everything. The visit with the Dr. on video was also a bonus with her, she thought that was the best part of the exam. It was a great experience & we look forward to our future appointments. Thanks a bunch‼️🙂
