The place is clean, staff are nice, good selection for your glasses frames. I would have given 5 stars if not for the repeated bright light test, it’s blinding to begin with and they had to re do it several times. Then their system went down during the examination which cause the delay. The Dr is great, did my prescription well. But the out of pocket cost is on the high end. I have Eyemed insurance and last glasses i got from them I still paid 300ish for the glasses. This is my second year to get my glasses from Lens crafters and this will be the last - due to cost.

I was happy with the staff. Kathy was very helpful and Dr went very through everything while answering all my questions with patience. I highly dislike to feel pressured while walking around and looking at the frames and should say I did not feel that way at all which in my opinion is a big thing when it comes to picking frames etc.

Amazing staff and so accommodating. Dr. Lee was amazing & both ladies working on 10/26/2023 at the end of the work day were very nice and helpful! Amazing experience.
