Dr.Espinoza explained to me why my eyes have been feeling heavy and dry (something no other doctor had explained before) and recommended a couple of solutions (eye drops, routine, contacts). The gentleman in the front was also very nice and helpful. He helped me with my insurance and my order. Overall, I had a great experience.
