We were referred to Dr. Dorfman in 2014 after my daughter's (age 4) pediatrician did a scan and it detected astigmatism. Dr. Dorfman has always been very thorough with his exams. My daughter looks forward to her annual eye exam. His staff is always very helpful, whether it be booking appointments or getting everything in order before she is seen by the doctor. We have even referred him to friends whose daughter needed patch therapy. Overall, we are thrilled to have found a great pediatric ophthalmologist.

We had an emergency with our 4day newborn. Dr. Dorfman saw us next day. As soon as qewarrived were immediately taken care off. After checking our newborn he immediately got a hold of the Pediatric Opthalmologist in Bascolm Palmer and had an appointment set up for us. The assistant Ms Morningstar was very pleasant and made sure to follow up with us. She made sure that we were being taken care off. We were and we were satisfied with the overall experience. Thank you all!

My daughter had an appt with this dr. I left work and took her out of school for the appt. I arrived on time and the receptionist said because she missed 2 appts that the dr was refusing to see her. I told her that i was not aware of any missed appts and she stated her father had made the previous appts. I told her that we were divorced and she was calling the wrong number for the reminders as i had previously told that office in the past. Anyway the Dr refused to see my daughter even after i explained why and what had happened. He is extremely unprofessional and obviously has issues.
