I posted originally under my other email address of my own accord via Yelp! but wanted to take the opportunity again when I received the survey text; so, I will say it again: Dr Carroll was exceptionally amazing! My husband does not give compliments easily but after our visit with Dr. Carroll, he said he wanted to send him a thank you card! I would 100% recommend Dr. Carroll and his staff if you want professional, courteous, and helpful service!!

I had not had my eyes checked or had a doctor's exam in a few years. I was hesitant about getting my eyes checked but to my delight and surprise the exam was pleasant. Dr. Carroll and his staff were great and they put me at ease with the whole process. His office was highly recommended to me and I will certainly highly recommend them to others!

From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The staff is professional and caring about you as a person, not just another customer. Dr. Carroll makes the time to get to know you and your lifestyle so he can best serve your needs. He is thorough, competent, yet makes me feel valued and respected. When the exam is completed, Deb makes sure you are offered the lenses your prescription requires along with frames which complement your face and self image. Many optical providers can give you what you want…Double Creek Eye Care does that and so much more; they treat you like family ( and that makes all the difference !)
