I tend to write reviews when I receive superb service, as it’s rare. So here goes!! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Doublevision Eyecare LLC, and let me tell you, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile by the friendly receptionist. She promptly took my information and informed me that it would only be a short wait before the doctor could see me. To my surprise, she even offered me a choice of water, coffee, or tea to make me feel comfortable. When I met the optometrist, I was immediately impressed by her patience and knowledge. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. In fact, she dedicated a whole hour to carefully determine which pair of contacts would be the best fit for my needs. Her expertise and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. Once the appointment was complete, the receptionist handled the payment with such warmth and friendliness that I felt like we were old friends. The level of customer service at Double Vision is truly outstanding. They not only provide exceptional eye care but also make you feel like a valued individual. From the moment I entered to the moment I left, I was treated like a queen. The entire staff at Double Vision went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. It's safe to say that they have gained a patient for life. I highly recommend Double Vision to anyone seeking top-notch care from a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

Dr. Story truly cares about my eye health and her recommendations has truly improved my vision, and not to mention the frames I chose are very stylish, comfortable and affordable. Listen…..I left Doublevision feeling like a superstar 🤩 First I was fitted for stylish glasses, then the Dr took me to the back for a vision exam. From the front desk to back room everyone was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I completed the patient form prior to arrival. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. I walked right in and the team immediately started on my eyeglass fitting and eye exam. No line, no wait 🤩 my kind of service. 🙌🏾 Thanks Dr Story and team!
