The staff is incredibly friendly, this is by far the best eye clinic I have been to in this city! Everyone working was very attentive, and it took only 30 minutes to get through the exam and pick out frames. 10/10

I’ve been a client of Downtown Eyes for many years. Recently I saw one of their doctors for my annual eye exam. The service they provide is very thorough and my doctor was prompt and personable. Because of a prescription change, I worked with Cassie to find a new frame. Cassie was very patient with me, given I had a hard time choosing from their wonderful selection. Cassie also provided great follow up. I couldn’t be happier with my new glasses. So much so that a purchased a second pair! The quality of the service and the glasses can’t be beat!

I was traveling and in desperate need of some contacts. This place really helped me out. They worked with my useless clinic back home to figure out my prescription. Downtown eyes' reception staff is amazing, so patient and kind. If I lived in Minneapolis, I would definitely be going to them for all my optical needs. Thanks again for your help.
