The only reason they are getting these two is because of the doctor but why in the world I paid out of pocket 215 then they also took my insurance and they told me one to two weeks ok it’s currently on week three and still no glasses I called and she said the service was down for my insurance huh what I said well how long will that take because with how much money o paid they still should have went a head and started to make them and could have held them at the location until I was contacted they didn’t call to tell me nothing I could have came on and just paid out of pocket and got them but never again now I see why they had so many opening cause I usually go to the one in Warner Robins and the last time I got my glasses back in three days baby they don’t have to worry about it cause I’ll wait until my normal office has an opening

This is hands down the worst eye doctor i was ever recommended too. It took 4 months for my glasses to come in. When the first call me to get my trial lenses they only had one eye. And it they kept giving me the run around about when my final contact would be in. I stay over an hour away and work during the week dat so Saturday is my only available day to come pick them both up (my glasses/contacts) i called early this morning to see if they was open and to see how long the would be open and she told me they open and would be to 5p it’s currently 2:35 and no one here the door lock and no on is answering the phone. And I refuse to have to make this trip again

I recently moved from Fl as well as changed insurance. I tried this particular provider based on their convenient location and that they accepted my provider. My initial phone call was handled professionally, Both times I went in, I was greeted and helped asap. During my appointment all my concerns were met and the staff continued to be curious and attentive. There was one women behind the desk who wasn't has personable or friendly but she wasn't necessarily rude, she just was a bit standoffish. The doctor was extremely comfortable and thorough. I would definitely recommend Downtown Opticians.
