This is a sad excuse for a place of business much less an eye care center. I’ve visited both Macon locations and they are both terrible. The entire staff are very rude and unhelpful. The doctor wasn’t any better. He didn’t complete the full eye exam and wouldn’t give any information as to what my eye problem was. As soon as I walked out of his room, 2 minutes later he walks by with a book bag on his shoulder and keys in his hand. I guess I was holding him up from leaving. The place was old, dirty and definitely outdated. The nurse that was assisting the doctor, had no clue what she was doing I asked her a question (because the doctor gave no info) and she giggled and walked away. I have no clue as to how this establishment is still in business. This experience really sucks because this has been my feelings eye care center for many many years, we always went to the piano nono location and it was great that has obviously changed since they changed locations

Front desk nurses greeted me quickly and very understanding because of my deafness. I have only come here since living in Macon. It's a decent facility and the deals on their prices for glasses are good!

I called before I went to the bloomfield location today. RUDE on the phone. Once I arrived at.the office, I felt like I was disturbing a couple of ladies at the desk. I was picking up glasses and was going to leave a different pair to be done. Never left the second pair. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
