Never seen worse! I thought I would have a hard time picking frames. The staff eased me through that process and answered all my questions. I left feeling great about my eye health and excited about the new optics I ordered. I paid a hefty premium for my high-index progressive lenses with anti-glare coatings, so I was very excited. Unfortunately, the lab or the staff botched my glasses 3 times. Eight months have passed. I still don't have a satisfactory pair of glasses, turns out there are nany different types of progressive lenses. These folks deserve to be shut down. Despite 3 attempts. (Pair #1 was scratched, pair # 2- the rx reverse od and os?, and pair #3 damaged as well. This outcome is simply not acceptable! To add insult to injury, the latest manager does not seem to be in a hurry to get my situation resolved and another week has passed. I think best I ask for a refund if this is the best these apathetic folks can do. I hope to change this review soon, but I have lost all trust in this business. Update: The owner of this business did issue a refund after stalling several more weeks, but only after calling me into the store. Downtown opticians wasted a great deal of my time, the owner insulted me, banned me, and acted like a complete madman while attempting to twist my words. Avoid this place. I'm considering filing a complaint with the State of GA absent an apology. At no point was I rude to this man. However, I will say that he demonstrates complete incompetence based on the recording I possess of his insults, false accusations, and complete unprofessionalism. His staff is no better. They do not deserve the kindness nor patience that I graciously offered. They can explain themselves to the relevant authorities of the State of GA who advised me to file a formal complaint. Many others have not received their glasses in a timely fashion. Rarely have I encountered such an extreme level of rude and unacceptable behavior. He could easily have issued a refund over the phone, but attempted to antagonize me likely in an attempt to pocket my funds. His staff again insulted me on this date upon my request for an apology.

I moved back from Florida recently. Needed a good eye doctor with all the surgeries I had done. Well I found Dr. Murnan and it has been great. Oh and the two young ladies Moriah and Genie well, they were just GREAT. Smiles on their faces is priceless and they did not get angry when I kept calling to make sure of my appointment time. Thank you Doc and Moriah and Genie. So if you want great top notch eye care go here.

They were professional and friendly. The Doctor was helpful and he explained everything to me. The guy that helped me pick glasses was patient and kind. I love my new glasses. I had no problems. I will definitely return and let my family know as well.

Dr. David is excellent. He's been my eyes doctor for over 20 years now. I had an issue once and one member of their staff meet me since they closed before I would have got to them. Wonderful office.

This Alaskan family was greeted at the door with a friendly smile. It first began over the telephone by staff who was very professional and super sweet. These ladies made us feel like family. I've experienced places of business here with rude and unprofessional staff is why my family ended up coming to this establishment. It has been pleasant at every visit. Dr. Murnan was amazing while working with my grandbabies. He even worked well with my grandson who is unique. Coming here was a breath of fresh air. The boys loved their experience here. Well I've had to change my rating from a five star to a one star. I wouldn't even give a star if I could give a zero. The first time that I went there, the lady who helped me was professional and helped me pick out my glasses. I got them and about a week, I noticed that the coating started falling off. At the time, I was using the eyeglass cleaning pads. But after they started flaking, I started using dish detergent. But the glasses are not the reason why I'm leaving this review. I went there today just to have my glasses adjusted They man who helped me was polite and I was asking him about getting new glasses this year. He told me to step over to the computer and he would look my insurance up. Well, I step over there and this lady who wasn't even helping me started asking me personal questions that wasn't even pertaining to my eyes or glasses. She had her back toward me fooling with folders and I could her her mumbling. I don't know if she wasn't talking about me to someone else or what. But this was the weirdest visit that I've ever made to an optical department or any other medical facility. Needless to say, I will not be using this optical department again. It's literally sad how bad customer service is since I had to stop working. If you want to be respected and your business appreciated, go somewhere else to buy glasses.

As of today I will no longer be a customer. They refused to help me get my PD because I wasn't getting my eyeglasses from them. Well maybe if you all had a better selection I would have. They don't care about there customers only the money. …

I have been going to get my eye exam, contacts and glasses ( and hubby's) from this place for years.Dr. Murnan is attentive and will make every effort/ recommendations on which contact lens would be best beneficial for you, and can try multiple lenses prior to ordering. Amy is the best and will go out her way to make sure you are satisfied. Orders come earlier than expected.

I have had a wonderful experience with the crew at this eye business today! As a Team, everyone was nice & friendly. But as for only certain people, who dealt with Me, in personal & direct ways, i must express certain compliments unto & about them. First of all, Geanie, one of the sales associates, was very helpful, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, patient & caring. Secondly, Amy, the manager, was very caring, friendly & walks in her authority well. & Thirdly, the dental doctor, who is Dr. David Murnan, was also very helpful, very knowledgeable, caring & friendly. I enjoyed talking & interacting with everyone. I'm also very satisfied about the eye examination that i received & the new pair of eye glasses i picked out, to purchase. I would surely recommend this particular location! I'm glad to be a customer & patient there! 🙂

Went in today and saw the doctor all was fine no issues. But then as we were picking out frames and me telling one of the staff what I wanted we were interrupted by another member of staff about a pair of glasses from a customer that had just walked in at this point the lady that was waiting on me, got up and left me sitting there like I didn’t even exist anymore. After a couple of minutes, the lady that interrupted us came over and didn’t even know what was going on or what I wanted and at that point I’m like when do you quit waiting on a customer that’s in front of you to take care of a customer that walked in. Then She got an attitude when I said how much do I owe you. Then while I was at the counter, I asked for the prescription For the glasses and I don’t even know what she mumbled under her breath, she wrote it out and then continue to talk behind my back as I walked out the door to other customers in the office. If this is professionalism, Then we’re all doomed.

Me and my daughter absolutely love this place Dr is great and staff is always eager to help anyway they can and especially that amy she's Awesome!!!!
