I had a great experience for my vision check up. After I called last minute, Cecilia was able to fit me in today, She was very welcoming when I arrived. The tech that completed my triage was lovely, kind, and informative. Dr Rob was very present, pleasant, and precise, even while working with multiple patients at the same time. The person that helped me choose my glasses was honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. She went the extra mile to order frames that I wasn’t sure about so I could see them in person. All together, I had a great experience today.

I have been going to their clinic for about three years. All the staff are very nice and knowledgeable about what they do. Dr. Medeski has always gone out of her way to treat my dry eye disease. She really cares about her patients. I wouldn't go to anyone else! Celia is the office manager and is very, very good at her job at the front desk. She is always friendly and takes good care of your needs. Trinity is one of the doctor's assistants there and she is also very caring and respectful. I actually look forward to my appointments! I highly recommend Downtown Vision Centre.
