Couldn't get the eye care I desperately needed. I had an annual eye exam this year but began experiencing severe headaches after switching contacts. I called four times over 2 weeks trying to get help, and the front desk ladies (2 different women) kept telling me the doctor was "still seeing patients" and had no answer to my pleas. I called a different eye doctor, got the answers and new contacts I needed, and I won't be returning to Dr Urias's office.
