My experiences with Dr. Dossey at Heaton Eye Associates have been outstanding. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely thorough, meticulous, informative, thoughtful, and caring. He addressed all my questions and concerns. The staff at Heaton is extremely organized and efficient. They are proactive returning calls and responding to all questions. I highly recommend Dr. Dorsey and Heaton Eye Associates.

Dr. Dossey was very professional in all that he did. I have been an RN for 40 years, and have worked with many doctors, and I put him up there with the top of the list. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions.
