I'm fortunate to have had the best eye care for decades from Dr. Row.

Was referred here by my pcp after getting shingles on my face and around my left eye. Dr. Row took his time and explained everything to me about what to expect with shingles. Fortunately my eye was unaffected and Dr Row even referred me to a dermatologist who saw me immediately after my appointment with him. Office staff and nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using Dr Row for any future needs with my eyes.

I am Dr. Row's patient for over 25 years. Over these years I have seen him dozens of times for my eye care needs. He is very knowledgeable, keeps up with new research and technology, and works very hard to provide a professional and courteous care. Yes, sometimes he is running behind a little, but some patients require more time than others and I understand that. He is an M.D. specializing in Ophthalmology, so most of the time patients come with major issues and not just for a basic vision prescription, and they may take longer to care for. So I rather wait a little for my eye doctor than cut short on the care I need. A few times, he even has called me after hours to go over my charts and guide me to care for my condition. Now that is caring that rarely happens in medical practices. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

They were friendly everyone of them. They got us the help we were needing and referral to a great Doctor to further my hubby's needs.

Dr.row always goes through everything so thoroughly and is always ready to answer any questions I may have. He always has a great staff that is always friendly.

This man has saved my eye

Dr Row is great. Very friendly and gets you through pretty quickly. The reason I gave three stars is that when I called the front desk to get my glasses prescription faxed, the front desk lady was very rude. Overall a good experience though.

Great place if they would get rid of the HORRIBLE office manager Bertha. She is very rude to customer as well as employees.

Dr. Alan D. Row has been my eye doctor for years and he is excellent!! He’s very patient and thorough on my eye check ups. He’s compassionate, kind, and pays attention to detail. He’s even shared with me some knowledge about trigger diets to avoid for migraines because I suffer from chronic migraines. It was very thoughtful and it shows that he really cares for his patients. He is a great listener and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him.

Dr Row is kind and patient. I’ve seen many ophthalmologists over my lifetime, and he’s my favorite.

Dr. Alan Row has been my entire family's eye doctor for years and years. He is genuinely kind, caring, patient and very knowledgeable. Every time I visit his office, I learn something new! He keeps up with new developments in ophthalmology, which is great. Also, he is wonderful to meet patients late in the day when they have an unexpected urgent issue. We think the world of Dr. Row. Dr. Row is a wonderful physician. He explains things simply and takes time to teach the patient. He genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Row has even called me while he was on vacation when I was having an acute eye concern.

I have been having a very bad eye issue for two weeks now. Urgent care sent me to Dr. Rowe. He got me right in and was so kind and I loved how knowledgeable he was. He got me on some meds and the next day it already feels better. I am very lucky I was referred to him. He is a great doctor and really cares about his patients.

Great doctor! He did a very through examination of my injured eye, and though he was fairly certain there was nothing wrong, he went out of his way to call a retina specialist and got me an appointment with him the same day just to be sure. Friendly nurse staff as well.

The man is too old, too crass and too ignorant to be practicing medicine. From the inept staff all that was experienced was rudeness. The way he treated my mother is inexcusable, so much in fact, I had to leave the examination room to keep from causing my mother further embarrassment. I don’t leave bad reviews as you can see by other reviews I have given. His office is archaic, small and dirty. Bedside manner is incorrigible in my opinion. It has taken me two years to write this review due to the fact I wanted to hear from some of my parents friends that had gone to him as their ophthalmologist. Some issues were verified some didn’t share my viewpoint. This was our experience. I hope others never experience what we did. I would not recommend him as a doctor.

Dr. Row is an outstanding ophthalmologist that genuinely cares about the health of his patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Row’s for over a decade now and he has consistently exceeded my expectations in terms of the eye care that he provides. As a younger adult with unusually poor vision, I sincerely appreciate the amount of time that Dr. Row spends examining me and the thoroughness in his examination. Furthermore, Dr. Row has demonstrated how sincerely he cares about his patients by coming in during off hours and on the weekend to examine patients that are truly struggling and need his help. His dedication to his patients is unmatched and I have yet to see another doctor that so genuinely cares about their patients like Dr. Row does. I am so thankful for Dr. Row and all the help that he has provided me!
