Everything was good today. I learned a lot from the lady that checked us in and took the pictures she was amazing. The doctor made sure my questions were answered. He didn’t take long to come into the room. Mr. James was awesome. He has great customer service as well as his amazing personality. Everyone was great.

Dr. Vo was excellent. Very patient and took the time to explain everything. I didn’t like not knowing I would be paying $35 for a test that is not optional beforehand. I feel like when the appointment is made, that should be explained. I didn’t receive a call 24 hours in advance because I made the appointment but I don’t think that should matter. Patients should be made aware of all fees when booking the appointment.

Dr. Sullivan was amazing! She explained everything she was doing in a way that was easy to follow. The staff took care of me so well and so quickly. I didn’t get the front desk worker’s name, but she was very kind and considerate.
