Dr. Ali is one of the best eye doctors I’ve ever dealt with. He is highly skilled and very professional, and he takes the time to clearly explain the condition and answer all of the patient’s questions with patience and care. The clinic is well organized, and the staff are extremely polite and respectful. Honestly, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Ali to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable eye doctor.

Hello, I would like to share my experience regarding the front desk staff. Yesterday, I came to see the doctor, and the receptionist told me I needed to make an appointment because it was busy, so I scheduled for the next day. I called to inform them I would be five minutes late because of the traffic, and she said it was no problem. However, when I arrived, patients who came as a walk-in were seen first, and we were made to wait until the end. She also told me that some patients contact the doctor directly to get seen, which makes front desk appointments meaningless. The doctor’s work is excellent, and I highly recommend him, but I think the front desk staff should be reviewed, as her approach is not patient-friendly.”

He is always patient, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making my daughter feel comfortable at every visit.
