I stopped in yesterday to have my glasses and sunglasses adjusted since they were really both bothering me. Max helped me with both. This was one of the best customer service related experiences I've had in a very long time. Max was so kind, patient and helpful. While Max was helping me, they were also patiently helping co-workers with questions. Also - no charge which was not what I'm used to of course! Max was fantastic and I wanted to drop a note to say so. :)

I called this morning to see if I could find prescription info from my eye exam last year. The person who answered the phone immediately let out a large sigh into the receiver before saying hello. Like an extremely exaggerated "why are you bothering me" type of sigh. Yikes. Tip from someone else who also has to answer the phone at my workplace, do your sighing before picking up the phone and talking to customers. I'd rather listen to the ringing for a few more minutes than starting the conversation on that tone. 2 stars instead of 1 because the eye appointment last year was fine, but I'll be looking somewhere else for future eye exams due to that sigh. Shame since this place is just down the street. Ah well.

At first couldn't find me on the schedule, but they were very nice and squished me in. Appointment was great! Found a pair of glasses I like and prices were fine! Very kind staff!
