Appointment was scheduled two months ago for annual check up and automated message received on the phone one week ago to confirm appt.Took off from work for the appointment and call received from the doctor's office to inform appointment canceled due to family emergency. This is the 2nd incident.

Dr. Fontenot is amazing, super kind, knowledgeable, and she demonstrates true empathy which is rare nowadays. Would highly recommend!
