First time client and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful and professional. They have a great variety of eyeglasses to choose from.

Staff good about accommodation for neurodivergence, excellent communication around how to best select prescription for daily needs, and interference from neighboring vendors' music reduced since last visit.

Great staff, however needs more trained staff on weekends to avoid main manager be running around and not being able to focus on each customer. Manager did the best he could while assisting everyone at once. Optometrist was great, very friendly and provided great information. Would definitely recommend to others.

The doctor explained my exam in detail and also had testing done with another tech. It was very thorough. Emily the young lady who did all my eyeglasses fitting was pleasant and explained the price difference and anout the glasses. I will recommend this place. Thank you for taking care of my eyeglasses needs.

The dr was awesome but the receptionist outside were not helpful and not explaining anything on the charges , and responding questions with an attitude they need to be more friendly and better costumer service training.

Everyone there is so helpful and Dr. Phuong Nguyen explains everything very well. I have gone for my eye exam there for the last two years and plan to go back again next year.

Everyone was friendly and efficient. I got a lot of helpful information from Dr Patel. Shopping for frames was fun and easy, my helper was exceptional! ( I couldn’t read her name tag, though because my glasses are so weak!!!) Thank you to everyone!!

The staff was wonderful, especially the doctor. She took the time to answer all of my questions and actually explains things to her patients. I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years and she was the first doctor to actually tell me that I have a stigmatism! I'll keep coming back to her as long as I live in there area

The eye Doctor was great. He took his time and ask many questions to make sure he was getting my prescription correct. I was extremely impressed. The staff that help me pick out my glasses was also GREAT!!!

Dr. Patel was amazing. My previous optometrist left for another company that my insurance didn't cover so I had a hard time finding someone new and was very nervous about it. However, Dr. Patel was so welcoming and friendly. He has a very wonderful personality and took his time with my appointment. I felt like he saw me as a real person instead of another patient of the day. He was very thorough with my exam and explained everything he was doing so that I knew what was happening the whole time. I definitely will be recommending his office to all of my friends and family!

Dr. Avani and his staff took care of our needs. My daughter really needed a fast appointment and this place has an apt next day. Dr. Avani took his time to explain the process and I greatly appreciate him sharing his wisdom with us.

My overall experience was great! Every single employee was so helpful and kind. The doctor was very informative and had a great sense of humor which made my appointment more relaxed and I felt very comfortable.

Everyone was very professional. The doctor took his time to explain what my prescription meant and voiced his concerns about possibly giving me too strong of a prescription. I truly appreciate him taking the time to think about how this new prescription could affect my daily activities. I did not have an appointment, but it had been several years since I had seen the ophthalmologist, and my eyes were gritty, like something was in them. She made time to see me and do a complete exam. She was funny and personable and told me what was wrong with my eyes (dehydrated) and what to do about it (quit drinking soda and start drinking water.) The price of the visit was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend her!

The whole staff is amazing!! The dr listen to concern and wants to make it better for you! We will continue to come here for the whole family. We did 3 exams and ordered glasses. They made everything so easy!

Brought my 5 year old child for an eye exam, we had a wonderful experience, staff and Doctor were very kind.
