Anyone insinuating that Patrica is rude on the phone obviously doesn't realize when you ask questions that are ridiculous or are rude to the staff , that usually means they are trying their best to be nice to you. Patricia is very highly liked and very knowledgeable. Please remember to speak kindly to humans and they will speak kindly back . This is a very highly recommended place !

I used to be a patient of Dr. Karpo for years. She's seen me and my whole family, she's truly a great optometrist and she's very friendly, however I've taken my business elsewhere because Patricia is always really rude when answering the phone. It's unnecessary and honestly unbearable.

Dr Karpo is "old school"...she is extremely compassionate and takes her time...you never feel rushed. She has incredible bedside manor and explains each step as she examines you. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Her staff are always welcoming and are the epitomy of what customer service should be.
