This place is a scam, I called before going to check my mother's insurance see if they accept it, I gave all the information to her, it took about 10-15 minutes, and she told me ''yes you're good and VSP is accepted'', so I made an appointmnet and dorve all the way from north Irvine to their stupid place, then again they checked the vision inurance, VSP, and all of a sudden we were faced with "no sorry the VSP type is not accpeted here!'' because of lob lob,...I was very upset, the whole place looked too fancy for ordering a simple eyeglasses, or taking an eye exam, its inside the Mission mall next to Nordsrom, and that must be an alarm for not trying this place! Nobody apologized for wasting our time, nor for making mistake simlpy checking an insurance which doesnt need so much of Brain or IQ! I dont recommned this place at all, please do not go, they are bunch of imprfessioanl and the manager is rude and did not seem to care about clients.
