Staff was great. Was able to get a quick appointment and my daughter felt really comfortable with Dr. Chang. Highly recommend this place.

My father went to that place to do his frames, but they did it with a different recipe, and they are not givings him any resolution about the reimbursement, also they charge him $450 more

Went in to get my brothers new glasses and one of the nice staff asked me if I wanted my daughter to get an eye exam as well resulting in me finding out my daughter also needs glasses. Staff was friendly and attentive.

I went to see the eye doctor for the first time. I went not knowing who he was or reading any reviews on him. He was very thorough and took proper among of time to check my eyes for glasses. I went to other eye doctors who when so quick they gave me a wrong prescription. I am thankful to Dr. Chang for taking the time to do my exam and explained every question I had.

2/14/2025 Haven't got my prescription yet. See how long that takes. I arrived to take care of that at 430pm, but all the staff were closing the store. I asked if they're closing early and she said "why? Do you need something?" This is the staff and not the doctor. Will update after prescription. 2/17/2025 It's a nice small place, I hope they get more customers, the doctor is an excellent person. I was upset they closed early and the response. Though overall a pleasant experience with the doctor and some staff. Edit; I'm unsure what to finish up with, only that the prescription was relatively fast and I enjoy my glasses. Need to return for a mistake on my part.

ABSOLUTELY 💯 HORRIBLE BUISNESS ETHICS. I AM SENT A PRESCRIPTION 8 MONTHS AFTER THE INTIAL EYE EXAM. No valid excuse ever given to explain WHY, this has taken so long.The glasses are definitely not at help to me. I see better with dollar tree glasses. I would definitely NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T CHECK UP TO SEE IF ADJUSTMENTS ARE OK.. NOT APPROACHABLE BUISNESS. LACK BASIS TROUBLE SHOOTING METHODS.

I am upset that Dr. Chang and his receptionist are Not on the same page! I have a daughter who has high performing Autism. Dr. Chang convinced us into opening a Care Credit account to get the isee contact lenses that cost $1,600. We recieved them on a Saturday and by Wednesday my daughter kept struggling to put one in her eye. She also told me that she would still see blurry when working on her chromebook at school. I called the office and spoke with Myra and she explained if my daughter could not use them that they would refund me $1,300 out of the $1,600. I was ready to return them that day but they said I had to wait until Saturday. Dr. Chang tried his best to convince my daughter to keep using the lenses. I explained to him that she has special needs and it is not as easy for her to deal with these types of things that seem minute to us. He examined her eyes to note down her eyesight had improved with the lenses by quickly asking her if she can see better when he would adjust the lenses on the machine. My daughter had stopped wearing the lenses and was using her eyeglasses for 5 days now. I think he was just trying to show proof that they made a difference in her eyes permanently. Which makes no sense since he prescribed her the eyeglasses she was wearing 2 weeks prior and she sees the same through them. He then told me he would charge me $500. I explained to him that his staff told me the charge would only be $300. Dr. Chang's response was, "Well she shouldn't have told you that." I have 4 daughters who I've brought to Dr. Chang for their eye exams and glasses. Due to him charging me $500 instead of $300 as Myra told me over the phone, I will no longer take my girls to his office. I will also send this report to medical/I.E.H.P and to the Better Business Bureau.

The dr there is great took his time answered my questions but I was frustrated and upset that I couldn't get a basic black frame the girl looked annoyed at me and didn't want to really want to answer questions. Great dr was annoyed with the staff though

I actually love my eye doctor! Staff is always nice .. ALWAYS… super helpful.. and my optometrist is so kind and seems to really care.. I’m so satisfied.. I’ve been a patient for about a year now .. and have nothing negative to say

I found the staff to be very pleasant, as well as knowledgeable. Dr. Chang himself was the same. I was seen very quickly. The staff took time to answer questions I had. I would recommend to anyone.
