The intake receptionists were incredibly accommodating. The optometrist was very knowledgeable, and open for questions. Everyone was very efficient. The optometrist even reviewed my eye scans with me. I had a wonderful experience.

Dr. Dr. Vo was awesome as usual. She's pleasant, informative and professional. The young lady that performed my eye exams was very nice and professional as well. Thank you for another positive experience. I would totally recommend this location.

If at all possible, please avoid this place. The wait times are extremely long, and they gave erroneous information about my insurance. They scheduled the contact lenses training a full month out after the examination when it only took the contact lenses a few days to come back. I would not recommend to a friend.

The customer service rep/technician KV was a very polite, friendly young man. It was a pleasure speaking with him. Dr. Vo was incredibly knowledgeable and very attentive during my appointment. She explained the best options for my optical needs!

My visit with Lauren was very pleasant and informative. Her upbeat, happy take on my results allayed any concerns that I had going into the exam. The prescreening process also went smoothly with the assistance of the technician. All around 5 stars.

Dr. Reid was excellent! He was extremely thorough, honest, and straightforward. The technicians and sales team were very efficient and courteous. It's hard to find good customer service these days, but it was very evident here.

Dr. Vo is the best! She takes the time to explain things in a way that we'll understand. All the front staff are also so great! They're patient and very friendly. Thank you for a great experience always!

I was very impressed with the efficient way that the practice was run. My husband and I were taken back in a very timely manner and the machines used to evaluate our eyes were very high tech and quick. I was seen by Dr. Patel very shortly after I was seated and he was personable and listened to my eye issues and I felt the entire exam was very thorough. Dr. Reid & his staff are great! The staff explained the exam and were very friendly. Dr. Reid was very professional and found a possible issue during my exam. He took the time to explain in detail about the potential problem, possible solution, and advised me to see an ophthalmologist. I highly recommend their office.

Disappointing Experience with Dr. Loan Unsworth I’ve been a patient at this clinic for nearly 10 years and have always had generally positive experiences—until my recent visit with Dr. Loan Unsworth. Unfortunately, this was my first appointment with her, and it was extremely disappointing. She came across as impatient and, at times, borderline rude. At one point during the appointment, she said, “Sir, I’m trying to help you here.” I was taken aback, as I hadn’t said or done anything to warrant that kind of reaction. When I asked why she said that, her response was, “Oh, it’s okay—it’s just a misreading.” To this day, I’m still not sure what that even meant. Following the appointment, I submitted a formal complaint using the form provided. The form clearly stated that someone would get back to me within five days. It’s now been 12 days, and I have yet to hear from anyone. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I truly hope the clinic takes patient concerns more seriously moving forward.

coming here for 10 years now: courteous staff, professional, clean machines, wiped machines while in rooms. -1 star as all the floors in any offices I was in needed vacuumed. My experience today went really well. I thought the nurses were polite and friendly and lead me through my exam. The eye doctor was friendly and helpful as well. She politely told me about how my eyes had changed. I’ll be back again for future appointments.

It’s not a flashy office - yeah, it’s in the mall - but I absolutely love the speed at which things happened and the quality of the care I received. Unlike other stand-alone optometry practices that I’ve used in the past, I didn't have to wait forever to see the doctor or made to feel like my presence was an imposition on the staff. From checking in to checking out everything was great! My first time here and Dr. Amy Vo was awesome, explained in detail some issues I have so I would understand what’s going on. Very professional and courteous. The other ladies( sorry I don’t remember their names) that took me thru the checkup process prior to Dr. Vo were also very professional and courteous. Informed me of each step and what was going to happen. Kendra at checking out was very professional, courteous and very helpful with my eyeglasses set up. Best experience ever!❤️

Dr.Unsworth was wonderful and so pleasant. This was my first appointment with this office. I had a contact lens and eyeglass exam and paid as a private pay patient. I ordered my contact lenses from an online vendor as the cost at Dr.Unsworth/Reid’s office was more than twice the cost. No brainer- I wasn’t going to pay such high premium for the same product. The doctor gave me trials as any optometrist would. My contact lenses shipment is arriving few days later than anticipated, and I would need three more days of contact lenses as I would run out of trials. I contacted the office to ask if they can provide few more trials and explained the situation. They refused as I didn’t purchase the contact lenses through them despite having the doctor’s appointment there and paying as private pay without insurance hassle. The provider I used to see previously accommodated me without questions asked when I encountered a similar circumstance before-I also didn’t purchase contact lenses from them either as the cost was much higher. The only reason I changed providers is because I relocated and the distance was too far. I am disappointed with this treatment and do not feel valued as a patient. I will look for another provider for my next yearly appointment.

Both my son and I had an appointment scheduled for the same time. Although there was a bit of a wait between our tests, we were both very pleased with our experience and the doctor is absolutely wonderful. She was extremely thorough and she's now my top choice for eye exams.

The staff was professional. They ensured all equipment was cleaned before I used them. Dr. Unsworth was friendly and thorough in her explanation of how progressive lenses would be since this is my first time getting them.

I booked an appointment online believing it would be with my Dr. Vo but it was actually with a completely different doctor with the same last name and it was actually her sister Dr. “T Vo” while my Dr. Vo is “A Vo” . I don’t appreciate the misdirection of not clarifying the difference between the two doctors besides a Letter in front of their names. Aside from that it was a quick smooth exam but it was very dry and lack luster, Dr. T Vo examined me fine but a little condescending at times. Not the bright and fun Dr. A Vo that I’m used to. Truly unfortunate that I couldn’t see the Vo I liked.

They sent me to a surgeon who has to many patients. Everytime I go for a followup which is every two weeks. The doctor then states you can stop taking your eyedrops and you can wash your hair now. The problem is he states that same thing everytime I visit him. Apparently he doesnt really keep up with what's going on with his patients. There is a 2 and 3 hours wait to see him for 5 minutes to tell me the same thing over and over again. His first surgery failed and the second surgery I still cant see. Before the surgeries I was fine. Its the doctors at Lens crafters who stated he was the best. If thats the case then why did his surgery fail and why cant I still see. I called this office and they also have no clue. Rhonda makes excuses for the surgeon I was refered to. If your a patient at this practice I would not allow them to refer you to surgeons. Your eyesight is one if the most important gifts we are given. Now this practice has taken that from me. All my doctors keep telling me why would you go to Lens Crafters to get your eyeglasses. I don't purchase from them anymore. Every pair of glasses I've ever purchased at Lens crafters the coating came off. I paid twice as much then any other pair of glasses. I always thought the doctors at Dr. REIDS were excellent but after sending me to Woolfson I dont feel they make the right choices for there patients. I also noticed the assistants rush through the eye exam and I've had to retake test that had already been given. They act like they hate there jobs. Well put yourself in your patients situation before you give poor service. I really truly think they dont care. Its just a job and not there eyesight. I do belive in Karma and we all get older everyday. Eyesight changes as we age.

I've never been to a Lens Crafters but this one inside of The Mall of Georgia, they are awesome. My wait time wasn't long, my optometrist was amazing. Thank you Dr. Vo. She was upfront and honest about what she saw and what's in my best interest. The staff was so friendly and very courteous.
