From start to finish I had a wonderful experience. The entire office is very friendly. Receptionist, assistants and the doctor A+++. First class service! I can see perfect for the first time in YEARS. NOTE: They actually listen to you. You are not rushed into a prescription. Great selection of contacts and frames. I have been a patient of Dr Flanagan since I was little girl I love how she takes her time with each and every patient when giving care . She has such a great attitude about providing exceptional service. The staff here is also extremely helpful when picking out glasses they want you to be comfortable in your choice so there's never a rush.

My husband and I recently had annual eye exam appointments with Dr. Flanagan. Prior to our move to Saint Petersburg, we were established patients for almost 20 years with a wonderful ophthalmologist in Charlotte, NC. We would highly recommend Dr. Flanagan and her team. Dr Saint Jean is by far the very best eye doctor I have ever seen! He truly listens and I ALWAYS can see so clearly after filling my eye prescription. I live in Spring Hill and he is worth the trip to Clearwater. Highly recommend!!!

I was very pleased to have been able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Flanagan on short notice for a medical emergency. The staff was professional and friendly and I have scheduled a follow-up appointment for a regular eye exam as a result of the prompt service and treatment of my emergency visit. I've been going to Dr. Deborah Flanagan since 2000. I've been very pleased that she has worked with me throughout the years to find contacts that are comfortable and work well for me; no mean feat since I am very nearsighted and have astigmatism. Also very important to me, her staff are friendly and competent.

I recently got two pairs of my glasses from here ! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. As a new mom, I tend to forget to take care of the small things for myself so having this staff help me pick out glasses was so great. Briana, Teresa and Jas were so nice and helped me pick a couple pairs of frames that looked decent on my face, when I was being so indecisive as which kind to get. They even reminded me and suggested that I get some kind of scratch resistant lenses which I’m glad they did because I have a wild toddler at home who constantly tries to grab mom’s glasses! Overall great service and quick as I received both pairs of my glasses within 5 days of my original appointment! Thank you DC staff 😃

Dr Flanagan is a phenomenal optometrist. We actually travel an hour to her office. Her staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Flanagan ensures that each patient is given their time and not treated like another number. She ensures that you understand any vision changes or concerns. She also values your time. My kids had the best experience here. The entire process was explained to them so that they understood what part of their eyes were being checked and why. They enjoyed learning about how their eyes work during their examination. When my child had to pick out glasses they left feeling proud of their new eyewear, and confident in their new look. Dr. Flanagan and her staff go above and beyond to take care of their patients. I've been going to see Dr. Flanagan for many years and have always been very satisfied. The staff is personable, professional and helpful. I get a thorough and comprehensive optical exam, expert contact fitting, a wide selection of prescription glasses and specialty glasses (sun, computer specific) and my favorite PurLens contact solution when i go for my annual visit. Dr. Flanagan takes extra time to explain procedues, reviews the test results and offer treatment options and solutions. I highly recommend Dr. Flanagan and the staff at DC Eye Associates.

Dr. Flanagan has been my "Eye" doctor for about 20 years. She is knowledgable and caring. After I moved here and before I found her, I tried several doctors. None, except Dr. Flanagan, was able to provide the complex prescription required for proper contact lenses for me. She has continued to maintain this high quality to this day.

Dr Flanigan has been our Dr. for several years. She is extremely competent, engaging, thorough, and has great, efficient staff to assist with initial testing procedures. Her equipment for eye testing is suburb. Personally, she is a delight to know! :)

My wife was suffering from immense pain in her right eye this past Saturday morning (8/4/2018). I called and Gwen (Office Specialist) was not only instrumental in getting Dr. Flanagan to see my wife on short notice but she was sympathetic and genuinely caring of our situation. They were completely booked and Dr. Flanagan still carved out time to see about my wife. That is professional service at its finest, the old school way. I have been going to Dr. Flanagan for over 25 years and she also was seeing my son who has been wearing glasses for over 20 years. Dr. Flanagan is very polite and professional. Since I am in a working position to be able to refer patient to her, they have also been pleased with her work. She really aspects her office staff to be polite and professional and that makes a great office experience all together.

This practice was recently sold. I have been going here for 5 years and have a very strong prescription. Today was my first appt since the ownership change. It was such a pleasant experience! The new assistant and doctor and fabulous! They took me back right at my appt time, the new assistant was so nice, personable and knowledgeable, the doctor is a breath of fresh air! You can tell he just loves his job! He is so friendly and knowledgeable! He was very thorough. I give them a 10 out of 10! I highly recommend this eye doctor!!

Dr Deborah Flanagan is amazing! This was my first visit and she was very thorough and great at explaining things and answering all of my questions about my vision & eye health. I also learned she is a Florida & St. Pete native! I am so happy to have discovered her and her office! She also had a great selection of eye glass frames, multiple eye care services that were available, and the office was clean and larger than I expected. I had to choose a new eye doctor after my former had closed their practice. After my appt with Dr. Flanagan, I wish I had come here sooner. Their office staff is polite and Dr. Flanagan was amazing. She took the time to go over all aspects of findings and explain everything that was found. Dr. Flannigan and staff are excellent, professional, caring, and it truly shows that they are there for the health and well being of their patients!! The machine that is used to check and take pictures of your eyes without needing drops to dilate them is fantastic!! The best eye doctor I've every seen!! If I could give 10000 stars to doc and the staff especially Stacy I would! He was at vision works on 50 in Brooksville and I followed him to St Pete because he’s worth the drive. They go above and beyond for your needs.
