Great Doctor, I said to be, But money takes over Genuine Care . Because of 30$ you held my Rx hostage. That is called extortion, Delay Therapy. I called twice to pay him over phone no answer, just machine to leave messages. please rethink why you bacame a doctor,doctor.

Excellent doctor. Really cares and it is not satisfied until the patient is.

Dr. Martindale is outstanding. His bedside manner is matched by his ceaseless attempt to make sure that his patient's needs are met. Interestingly, the one bad review is from someone who admittedly did not pay their bill and then accused him of caring more about money. Seems like they may have gotten it backwards.

I lost my glasses in the beach on a sunday and he answered his cell on his day off to have staff stay open late so I could get a quick eye exam and contacts. I'd have had to call off work otherwise. He really saved the day. Elizabeth and Kataria were very nice and didn't seem annoyed at all about staying late to help me. This is the kind of stuff you don't really see anywhere, especially in California. It's very much appreciated and they all deserve some recognition for it.

I've been coming here for years, but have never seen Dr. Martindale himself until my most recent visit. This visit has me thinking I should've scheduled with him much sooner! He took the time to really listen to my concerns regarding my current prescription in order to perform a very thorough examination, ensuring my new prescription was 100% correct. He even took the time to explain how everything worked and to get to know my lifestyle and career choices to better understand how good vision plays a role. It is rare nowadays to find a doctor that takes their time and shows that they really care about their patients, but Dr. Martindale is one of them! Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr Martindale for a few years now and every time he's nailed my RX perfectly. He builds a great rapport with patients while providing excellent customer service. Despite the fact my new insurance doesn't cover his services, I will continue going to him.

Dr. Martindale is great! He has a wonderful personality and is good with my sons who now see him too. He follows up and I can tell he cares.
