I've been seeing Dr. Kuo for years (since she was in a different location on Castro). I've always had a great experience, and appreciate how friendly and helpful Dr. Kuo is.

They are all about selling the most expensive glasses to you and don't tell you that once you order, even if on a Sunday that you can't cancel the next day. They suggested taking a picture of my eyes for additional money so I didn't have to get them dilated, but then I had to get them dilated. Then my glasses can't be used because the reading part of the transition is lower than my eyes so I have to lift them up. I will never go back to this place!

This was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the follow up was great. Excellent customer service and great eye exam.
