I brought my 96 year old mother to this practice, as recommended by her ophthalmologist for a concerning issue. It was a long day but I am so glad we went. This place is a well oiled machine, as it needs to be to accommodate the number of patients who need to be seen by these experts. Lots of tests and waiting in between, but this was very clearly explained before we got there, so we were prepared! All staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and competent, from check-in to technicians and doctors. We were so fortunate to have been seen by Dr. Lally and Dr. Shields. Both were kind, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. They explained their findings very well and made sure we understood. Thank goodness the news was good for my mother and I now feel reassured about her prognosis. I feel fortunate that we were able to go here.

My only complaint about Wills Eye is the Incredibly long wait time. I was there for 6 hours yesterday. I appreciate fact that Dr. Shields literally saved my life and would never go anywhere else, after traveling 2 hours for appointment, it is difficult to be at office so long. Think scheduling to be addressed.

I thank God for Dr Carol Shields & her expertise! All the staff were super nice & considerate. Dr Shields was great & very nice. They are extremely thorough. My husband complained about the wait but I was totally prepared & patient because they explain to us on their website that the wait is long. They do what they have to do in the time they have to do it in. No one is slacking on the job. They are busy. & thorough with each patient & I appreciate them.
