Dr. Cavanaugh has been taken care of my eyes and my families eyes for the last 7 years. I trust her completely. She is awesome. She takes time to care for each and every patient. She hooked my kids up for college and we still see her today. I highly recommend her to anybody looking for a new eye doctor. You will love her.

I had been to Kavanagh several times and had received exellent service, however, my last exam was with another employee and the prescription I was given was wrong. My new glasses made my vision worse. When I presented the situation to her office, they refused to correct the wrong prescription. It was said that the past person who tested my eyes, must had been in a hurry. They told me that this situation was on me.The receptionist was very, very rude on the phone and in person. I will never be coming back to this locations optometrist. Costco eye center on the other hand was very kind and helpful as always.

Dr. Kavanagh is great. I've had a lot of appointments with her through the years and she referred my wife to a corrective laser eye center. Part of my wife's laser eye correction included a post op checkup, we understood the fee to be included.
For the post op checkup we didn't get Dr. Kavanagh. My wife got to the office 15 minutes early, like they recommend, and was seen 20 minutes after her appointment time, so if you are planning to do this on a lunch break be prepared.
When she got into the exam room, she had to remind them that she was just there for a post op exam. The OD told her that there was no difference and that she would need to pay. My wife refused and left the exam room. The receptionist recommended that my wife call her laser surgery center to confirm, which she did. The laser eye center called to the office while she was there, and the doctor still refused to see my wife without payment.
To put a cherry on top:
When the receptionist relayed the message from the laser surgery center to the doctor, the doctor disregarded it and continued to refused to see my wife. The other doctor must have too many clients to care about customer service.
