Dr. Charles Newell was HORRIBLE! I visited him yesterday for the second time during my lunch time, it was three months from the first visit. Besides the time I spent on the exam, I waiting only for him over half hour. Until I asked the staff my time was running out, they let me to see him. I said it took me such long time to see you every time. He had no apology, said that's just half hour, I always took one more or two hours to see other doctors. I said that's your problem. Then he said: Nobody confront with me, you are the first one, I don't want to treat you, YOU ARE DISMISSED. I was shucked, it sounded he didn't let me waiting for two hours in stand of half hour was his mercy! I followed his instruction from the first visit to wait for three months till this appointment yesterday to solve my eye's issue, he dismissed me, for not even my fault, my fault was to point out what he did bad to the patients. Many patients had the same experience as me, they just did not speak out. However, I am glad he is just a doctor, not a leader of a country, otherwise he would certainly be a dictator.

My experience with Dr. Charles Newell is excellent. He treated me with respect and I am healing very well. He and his staff are highly recommended..thank you Dr Newell for taking such great care of my eye!

Dr. ,Newell's has worked on my eyes for over 40 years on several different reasons. (Fye scratch with infection, Glocoma botn eyes & Macular degenerasion)
