I was impressed by the young lady at the front office. She was friendly helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed. Customer service is the first impression and she made a good one. Dr Kim was very informative and FINALLY I found a Dr that UNDERSTOOD my very specific vision needs. I’ve had my glasses now almost a month, and I have no headaches or blurred vision.
