Fantastic experience. I have rigid gas perm contacts - becoming rare but a great product. Mine was bothering me and he evaluated and saw what looked like hair spray on the lenses. That’s why they were uncomfortable- now how that happened is beyond me. Anyway, 3 days later new contacts and I’m right as rain. Other eye clinics either don’t carry these contacts or long long wait times. Thank you so much - these fit great, feel great and I can see great. Now I can go on vacation and wear those cool Miami Dolphin Oakley shades I bought here - GO FINS!

The girls and the doctor were great. Jessie, Alethea are always awesome. They even remembered the “Irish Spring” thing. That made me feel very welcomed. The other girls were very pleasant as well. Even my friend Rouffus Blackfoot wants to come and be seen there. He can’t wait to call and set up an appointment. The doctor was very patient, knowledgeable, and explained thing’s clearly to me. She even encouraged me to follow up on my situation just in case things didn’t clear up. Already having a plan for me that way was very reassuring. I’d definitely come back. Superb office staff.

I have been under Dr. Roshental's care for an extended period, and my experience with him has been consistently positive. He is a compassionate and friendly healthcare professional, and I have no complaints about his service. However, my recent visit on Saturday, October 14, 2023 in the afternoon, left me with an unfortunate impression. I had come to order contact lenses as I was running low on my current supply. To my disappointment, I found the two ladies at the reception to be exceedingly impolite. Their demeanor seemed rather unpleasant, and it was evident that they were not in the best of spirits. Working in Customer Support myself, I understand the paramount importance of delivering excellent customer service, which regrettably, they did not uphold on this occasion.
