Dr. Rottinghaus is very knowledgeable and explains everything as he proceeds with the eye exam. He takes his time. I never feel rushed. He is patient and very personable. The front desk personnel are quite nice. There is a good variety of frames to choose from when you want/need to get new ones. I highly recommend

I really like my eye doctor but I have only been w/ this practice 2 or 3 years so I don't have a huge commitment invested. They don't accept the vision insurance for State of Kansas empires/families which is inconvenient so I am considering changing to a place that is one stop for me. Today I asked if they might be accepting it for 2019 & was told they don't know of any changes. And frankly they really didn't care that it was an issue for me. I clearly got the impression that if I was going to change to another practice....that was fine w/ them.

The office is nice, clean, and "updated". The desk staff are super friendly when you walk through the doors and the schedulers work hard to meet your needs. Dr. Rottinghaus appears to know his stuff. He is good with both adults and children. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.
