I have been going to Dr. DiLeo for years. He is smart and thorough, a great doctor !

Dr. DiLeo was great. He spent a lot of time with me getting my prescription/refraction just right since I am very nearsighted and was very thorough. He made some very good recommendations for follow up for contact lenses and referral for a retina specialist. I was impressed and was glad I chose to see him. I find everyone at LensCrafters to be very professional.

Dr and staff were professional. AARP advertise discount $50. For eye exam. My charge was $60.50 and if they dielate there is an extra 20.00 charge.

I am always pleased with the staffs professionalism and the doctors too. My favorite highlight from this visit is finding out that Dr. DiLeo moved his office to Lakeside from Esplanade! Much better location.

I had a horrible experience. I made a Saturday appointment thinking this would only take an hour or so. Two and half hours later I'm finally leaving. It was very frustrating. The front desk complained about how the doctors are too cheap to get extra help so she has to be a tech and receptionist. I felt like this was very unprofessional comment. Maybe during the week day it is not so bad but do not go there on a Saturday. I will not be returning.

Dr Dileo is alway professional and thorough. He takes his time with you and makes sure your are fitted properly with contacts and your prescriptions are correct. I love how he explains everything in detail and makes sure you understand. Today his staff was very helpful and caring. They really went out of their way to help me. Explaining my insurance in detail to going over the contacts for me.

They are really friendly and take the time to educate you about your vision. The front desk staff and the agents in the floor are there to help you and are always smiling. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

Dr. DiLeo and his staff have looked after me and my eyes for nearly a decade. I love visiting them because I don’t feel like just a number. He takes special care to make sure you feel comfortable and assists you in getting your eyes thoroughly examined. The check-in, pre-testing and Exam all went well. When it was time for me to pay, the associate (short, possibly Hispanic) told me the visit would cost nearly $1000. The exam plus a years with of contacts. Once I explained to her, I was just getting the exam and my prescriptions, she continued to pressure me to buy my contacts from them. “Ok, so you’re not getting a years worth, how about you get a 6 month supply, etc..” I had to tell her a total of 5 times I was not buying contacts and I’d only pay $209 for the eye exam. It was weird and now I don’t know about going back, ever. I was told I could not leave with my contacts Rx and it would be mailed to me since I wasn’t buying contacts from them. It was a really bizarre experience and it left me feeling really disappointed with an otherwise perfect optometrist visit. I’ll wait a week and hopefully I’ll get the prescription for my contacts, if not, I guess I’ll have to go back.

You all have an amazing team! Everyone was beyond amazing! From the first person who greeted me to everyone on the team who wished me a good day as I walked out the door! Professional, well-knowledgeable, everyone was willing and able to assist! Please keep up the amazing work! I will be sending plenty references your way!
