I needed to see Dr. Russo to look at my R eye, l was able to get a appt the asap. I was able to see him the same day as my call. He quickly diagnosed me and prescribed eye drops and gave me clear instructions to follow. Thank you Dr. Russo and staff. Margaret Clyma

Love doctor Russo. However office is very disorganized. Even though I had Thompson signed off on it so they’re going to start a farmers marketan early appointment, I still wait 30 min to be seen. Although I completed all the paperwork on line, staff told me systems do not communicate and I had to complete manually.

The facility is great, they scheduled an appointment as soon as possible. The doctor listened to my concerns and answered all my question. This is a great place and highly recommend it.

Found Dr Russo to be very abrupt and non caring. Did not want to hear me and couldn’t get out fast enough. This was not the only time he has done this. The girls do all the work testing and he comes in and just checks the computer to see their results and doesn’t take any time with me his patient!

Despite being very busy, the front desk personnel were very helpful and the waiting time was short. My eye exam was very thorough. My results were explained to me by Dr. Russo and his staff. I highly recommend Starling Physicians.

Dr. Russo is an amazing doctor with a wonderful, warm personality. Yesterday I got to meet Zack who did the first part of my eye exam. He is so nice. Thank you.

Everything taken care of in a pleasant and timely manner. All questions answered. Follow up if and when needed.

Dr Russo is great but my collective experience with the staff hasn’t been great. My exams were not completed by licensed optometrists. They tried to charge me $100 copay because my final follow up after cataract surgery was outside their guidelines by a few days….even though the scheduling was not my choice, but when they could fit me in. Their optical center employee chastised me for using their optical center at their other location, even though I was already there for an appointment with one of their doctors located at THAT other location. They prescribed my reading glasses too strong, so they are getting remade. Maybe because I wasn’t examined by a licensed optometrist?? It was just a hot mess. Once they get my prescription right, I won’t be back.

Expect to wait for at least 45 minutes in the waiting room. Patients are expected to show up 15 minutes prior to the appointment and to fill out a mountain of paperwork. Completely disrespectful to your patients. This office is completely overbooked.

Dr. Russo did my eye surgery 6 yrs ago which improved my vision very well..his friendliness put me at ease right away and was very involved in my recovery.

Dr Russo's tech was wonderful. She did all the work and did a great job. My prescription is perfect - she gets 5 stars. Dr Russo on the other hand, spent all of 2 minutes looking in my eyes. He did not address my diabetes or glaucoma risk. It was the same with my husband. If I could give him 0 stars I would. Please check how they bill your insurance. We had our yearly routine eye exams. They were billed to our Anthem Medical insurance as "Comprehensive medical eye exams" instead of to our vision insurance as "routine yearly exams". I have spent the last YEAR going back and forth with their main billing office to get that corrected. Unfortunately Anthem paid them for my exam so I guess I'll have to check with Anthem to make sure they take that back. How many other seniors are having claims made against their Medical insurance for medical eye exams when they were routine eye exams? First and last time we're going there.

The techs at this location were very knowledgeable about the testing to be performed and fully explained it to my understanding. Dr. Russo was very cheerful and upbeat, also explaining his findings to my understanding. All told, a very pleasant experience.

I had cadarac surgery in both eyes. Dr Russo set the expectation for recovery. He was personable. There was a little wait time from check on however once in, the staff took their time with me and answered all my concerns.

Doctor Russo and his staff are exceptionally fantastic. The care and dedication they give me ,time and time again since I have been going there is truly incredible. Always there with a friendly smile and a great experience of caring for the individual.

This office is clean, warm and professional. The doctors and staff are all top notch! The office was very busy, but well managed. Another nice touch - they have joyful Christmas decorations and music (very late Nov.) I enjoyed my visit.

Dr. Russo and staff are wonderful. Don't got pieces of metal in his eye and they gave him an appointment first thing. Explained everything and got him seen, pieces removed and out the door in less than an hour. Follow up in a few days.

I went for eye irritation. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in the following day. Wait time was minimal and all staff were pleasant and professional. Dr. Russo examined and diagnosed me quickly amd prescribed my treatment. I have been going to Starling for a few years and I am always pleased with the service and treatment.

From the time I checked in until completion of my appointment everyone that I encountered with were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Russo and the staff are wonderful. Dr. Russo is a caring and compassionate doctor. The wait time was good. The office is run like a well-oiled machine.
