Doctor Bolton treated me horrible today. After being there for over 2 hours she kept wanting to redo the same eye exam. When I asked her to explain the results she never did. She was making rude remarks. Then she just walked out of the room. I never knew the apt was over until the tech came with my paper. While checking out Dr. Bolton did not seemed very rude and frustrated. I am an African American woman so that is my only presumption as to why she was talking and treating me so bad. I barely said two sentences do her. Her bedside manner was horrendous to
Me today. On top of that I had to drive to both clinics because they told me to go to one then changed it last minute. So 3.5 hours I spent at the eye Dr and they want to bill my insurance for absolutely nothing. She did not do anything but treat me horrible.
