Dr. Chin is thorough and professional and very open to answering questions and educating about eye health. His easy going manner allows one to feel comfortable to ask questions or express any concerns, making the overall experience very pleasant. The contact lenses and glasses I've ordered since 2020 have been perfect fits. His staff are also pleasant and professional.

My family has been seeing Dr. chin for many years. He does amazing work. His staff is so accommodating. He examines your eyes thoroughly, without rushing.

I'm getting no answer from the office. I've been leaving voice-mails. I've been waiting over 6 weeks for glasses and can't even get an update/answer. Service is sucking really bad right now. Walked over and they are remodeling but I was told to call today for an update on why they are taking so long??? Extremely frustrated.
