The office does NOT follow the protocols for COVID 19, AT ALL!!! They made one of my Familly member who had an appointment today, to wait in the waiting room area for 3.5 hours while other people were sitting there. My parents had an appointment a while ago as well and not only the person who was doing the exam wasn't wearing her facemask, she told my parents to remove their face mask as well, in order to do the exam on them! She was sitting right in front of them, less than a foot away!

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a doctors office. The woman who works in the Brooklyn office, Sandy, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was given the wrong appt time 2x, showing up to a closed office and had to wait two hours until they opened their doors. When I was finally able to see the doctor, he was distracted completing other tasks for patients and answering calls. After taking an assortment of tests, I have been waiting 10 days to receive my results. The doctor has yet to call me. I obviously went to the doctor with concerns about my eye sight and I was hoping to hear back soon. Every time I call the office, they inform me that the doctor will call me back by end of day. This has still not happened. I am disappointed with the treatment I have received and do not recommend this office or doctor.

I don't recommend it. He is the WORST doctor in Great Neck. I had to wait 2 hours to be served, because he was late. He spent his time yelling at his employees and getting files from other patients while they treated me. he is unprofessional. his office too small to have multiple employees and patients in the same room.
