After 1 year and 7 months since my exam date I get an email out of the blue threatening collections for not paying. I have receipts from my card and insurance showing everything was paid immediately after the exam. There has been 0 communication in all that time about any unpaid balance. On top of that, only a few weeks ago, after multiple weeks of calling and leaving messages trying to order contacts but not getting any response, my wife visited the office in person and placed an order for more contacts. No mention of any balance due while she was there. Before submitting the order, the receptionist called our insurance and confirmed coverage. When the contacts came in my wife again visited the office in person and picked up the contacts. Now I'm getting harassed for not paying. This is unacceptable and shady business. Answer your phone and respond to your messages.

Extremely poor optical care. I came into this practice with a previous prescription problem and explained what outcome I desired. I was scheduled for a contact lens fitting appointment with no exam. During the fitting I explained my problem to the technician and that I needed an exam as the prescription I received was inaccurate. We tried on lenses for approximately an hour changing powers and axis to no avail. Frustrated, I asked twice for a vision exam and was denied. The doctor finally interjected and iterated that he hasn’t “seen” my eyes and frequently repeated “I don’t know.” The office had the audacity to charge me $60.00 for no solutions. Honestly, save your time and visit a quality optometrist.
