There are not enough words to say how absolutely amazing this office is. Cheryl was unbelievably accommodating, I have never been to the office before and she was able to get me in the same day I called for an issue with my eye. Her communication, presence, and overall response was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Dr. Girardi was amazing he explained everything during the exam and was able to pin point the issue I was having. They are incredibly efficient and squeezed me in to the schedule and I was still out of the office in no time. I’m so incredibly thankful to have worked with them, and I will be going to their establishment for all my future vision needs. Top notch service from people who truly care about their patients.

UPDATE.... I feel that I needed to update this due to the fact that I had to take the glasses back to the store do to damage. Upon returning to the store I received a completely different experience the second time around. Dale had already ordered a new frame in advance when we spoke on the phone. I view this as proactive and watching out for the best interest of the customer. The glasses were covered under warranty and when the frames arrived I called back they actually fit me in the same day. The new frame is tight and looks very nice. In my eyes they have redeemed themselves. I will return for new glasses and contacts and I would recommend See Sharp Eyewear. Thank you, Cameron

Dr. Girardi is very nice and helpful. He is accommodating & always provides options when something isn’t going right. My experience with Dr. Girardi is always positive. He is very professional and a great eye doctor. However, I am giving three stars because the rest of his staff are extremely rude, condescending, and their service is bad. I have never had one positive experience with the staff.
