Don’t bother making an appointment. They won't honor the time. The reality is first come, first serve. From the moment that I signed my name on their check in list up to my check out I was there for TWO hours (with my toddler). Doctor Braverman is a good eye doctor, but this clinic is only interested in shoving as many patients as possible so they can profit, not caring for the two plus hours of waiting time per patient. Everyone in the waiting room was mad and complaining about this hole. Hopefully they won’t come back. I sure won’t. Honorable mention goes to the receptionist that doesn’t wear glasses. She may have knowledge about how to organize their forms or make copies of insurance cards, but her customer service skills are nonexistent. Treat our senior citizens with more respect.

I have risk of glaucoma. Walgreens requested a refill for my eye drops a week ago. They do not send it. I call every day, they take the message but nothing happens. Walgreens faxed it again last night, nothing happens. Are they waiting for me to get blind??

These cruel heartless monsters left a kitten on the street taped up in a box and kicked out the patient trying to save it. They lack all humanity and compassion and should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid this place. If they care nothing for the tiniest, most helpless creatures, then how can they care for human beings?
