Best ophthalmologist in the Western World!! If I could give him a thousand stars-I would. Pays attention, answers all questions, very kind and truly cares about his patients. Great staff-especially Maureen...

I have been using Dr. Speiser for many years. He practices medicine as it should be practiced. In today's healthcare environment where many physicians don't even give you a chance to ask a question, he answers all my questions and spends as much time as necessary with me. Once, during a glaucoma crisis, he even arranged for me to come in to the office on a Monday (when he usually operates) to check my pressure. His treatment of me is remarkable considering that my plan (which he accepts) is not a very good payer for routine office visits! He would make house calls if his equipment were portable.

HORRIBLE. The lack of professionalism in this office is scary, especially for a doctors office. My mother had to walk out and didn't even feel comfortable filling out the intake forms to be seen... the receptionist in the front with super short hair (wish I knew her name) was practically yelling at her as she was trying to explain to her why she had come to see the ophthalmologist, why so much hostility? No one corrected this woman for her disrespectfulness. If people only knew that others just want to be treated with respect and kindness... how about if that was your mother / family member would you still be as nasty? Who knows.
