Despite the bad reviews, I took a chance and scheduled two appointments back to back online for myself and a family member a week in advance, anyway. We received reminder emails up to the day before appointments. Few days beforehand called to verify if they take my insurance and phone call went well. Ok, so far so good. Upon walking in for appointments we were met by Mark and an extended hand to shake. Wow, who does that these days? Not many places of business, but I like it!! The rest of the process went seamlessly from laughing and talking with Mark during the intake and picking out frames, to the exam itself with Dr. Ritchey, very personable as well. Both made the entire experience pleasant and enjoyable. Mark cleaned and adjusted our old glasses we were wearing while we waited, compliments on the house. Intake for two, complete exams, picked out frames and measurements all in an hour. Don't know if we got lucky or what, but I'll take it!!

Dr. Ritchey is a phenomenal Doctor. He treated me like he knew me. I felt as though I could trust him, it was easy. He and the staff made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I will definitely be going back. It’s hard to find good honest people anywhere you go these days. Dr. Ritchey and the staff at Pearl Vision are those people you can trust.

My Issue is The machine are not sanitize. When I got in there the machine was dirty and the doctor response was when you're only putting your eye on this on section. That's my issue if they sanitize properly. I got great customer service from the one rep but I don't appreciate that the machines are not clean so that's why they have two stars they shouldn't receive any but before you go in there and have your eyes examined people this make sure they sanitize the machine and make them sanitize it. And again I had great customer service from the rep who helped me with my glasses. But the doctor should have sanitized the machines down properly cuz it was dirty
